Our Approach
We review the systems to be tested and analyze the existing test coverage.
We assess effort, feasibility and the expected value of automation. Not every test should be automated — the goal is meaningful automation where it creates measurable benefit.
Before implementation starts, we define clear success KPIs. For example: 100 test cases after four weeks or 250 test cases after eight weeks, depending on the client environment. Only if the agreed KPIs are achieved do we continue.
We support test case creation or migration for as long as it is useful and valuable.
Once the setup is stable and the internal team is ready, we hand over ownership so relaiable can be operated independently.
